Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The price of bikes cannot be beat with the added bonus of free maintenance for the life of the bike. Accessories are a bit more expensive than online but one cannot compete with the convenience. The owners son, Nathan, allowed my wife and I the opportunity to sit on bikes and feel how they rode so we could purchase the right bike. I highly recommend this family owned business for any and all biking needs.

Approached the staff at bicycle World to help in replacing wheelchair tires with airless inserts. Not an easy task and something that I've previously had to take to Earth City to get completed. While they had never taken on a job like this before they welcomed the challenge. They completed the task to perfection within an hour and at just a fraction of the cost then they would have charged in Earth City. GREAT people to work with!
This is a great bike shop and I always enjoy coming in. The staff is friendly and are very helpful with bike issues. I have bought two bikes from them and both were enjoyable experiences. They let you ride on the bikes as long as you want in the lot out back alone so you can really get a feel for the bikes without feeling pressured. Nathan has helped me both times. He quickly picked a few different styles of bikes for me to try that were in my price range that also showed me what options were available. Each time, he really nailed the exact style of bike I was looking for! As for service, these guys are awesome!! I have come up there a few times with issues that they quickly fixed for free. Some of these issues included bending my rear deraileur hanger by falling on it (new to clip on pedals, lol), inability to remove the pedals on a new bike, and the first tune up on a new bicycle. They really care about getting your issues fixed quickly so you can get back to riding asap. These guys will do anything to sell you a bike......only in the best way possible. This is my 3rd bike I've bought here and I have never been pressured to buy something I didn't need. I have a bad back and they helped me customize a bike that fits me perfectly. I got the feeling they did not want to sell me something I was not going to be able to ride for a long time. Two very knowledgeable,professional, nice fellows.
