I used the automatic wash with the brushes. It approved my card and began spraying the soap. After the brushes went around my car once, the entire machine just shut down. My car was covered in soap so i was forced to move to another bay and have it washed again. The number that's posted does not call anyone nor is it linked to any voicemail. I feel like I've been robbed. If I were pinched for cash, I'd call the cops.
Legitimately the worst wash I've ever had. Back window is still filthy. Hardly any soap was released when you enter the bay. The "under body" spray I paid more for was nonexistent. It's already ridiculously overpriced.. Additionally, I gave the kid working a generous tip and he didn't bother to spray my car off or do any kind of prep work. Apparently I paid him to enter the money into the machine - something I could have done myself. What a scam. Do not go here.
