Very convenient and open 24 hours a day. Clean atmosphere and many items in stock. The individuals working in electronics were very helpful to answer questions that were little bit complicated to me.
Absolutely terrible grocery pickup service. It would have been faster to get the groceries myself than to wait for them to bring them out. Walmart should talk this as an example of how to NOT introduce a new service. All 10 pickup spots were full with ONE associate bringing out orders. Highly unlikely I’ll ever do pickup again at this store.
Some of the workers seem customer friendly and some of the workers are like zombies. They won't answer the phones on time and have bad attitudes about having to work.
What happened to " Hello, can I help you find what you're looking for? "? But I noticed it's like that with the new generation of adults.
It's clean and well stocked. The people are considerate and polite. Easy to enter and exit.
I can’t say enough good things about Katie who works in toys & bikes. Stayed with us until we located the toy we were looking for. She went to 2 other associates with scanners to try & find the item. A male kept trying to get a way saying he didn’t work in electronics (where we found him). Then a female who did help locate was uncommunicative, mumbled something & walked in to the back. Thankfully Katie had stuck with us. She went to help retrieve the item. Ultimate successful find resulted in a 4, would have been 5 stars if the other 2 were half as caring & helpful as Katie!
