Tried to get a spare key cut even after being told on the phone that it would be possible. Come in store to be told they refuse to cut it because people complain about the transponders working. Yet I was trying to get a valet key cut, those don't involve the use of a transponder at all. Take your money and elsewhere. You will get better service from a Home Depot. Life long customer of ace no more.
Great rewards program!! Doesn’t matter if you have your rewards card or not. Will look up your account using your ph# @ the register. Very helpful in locating what your looking for!! If not in stock? Will order and ship from another store, or the main warehouse in a timely manner, and call you when it comes in. My vote for “Best in quality” of both product and service.
