Wish I had read these reviews 24 hours ago. Unreasonably high fees without apology- it's all true. BEWARE: if they advise you to let them keep your pet overnight, understand that they will charge you "intensive care" fees for TWO days (calendar days) because your pet is there at midnight.
We have had great experiences with our dog (who is a handful) and cats. The Doctors and staff are wonderful and caring. My dog just had a minor surgery and the doc stayed in touch with us before and after the procedure to ask questions and inform us of how things went.
We were recommended here by the Scott AFB vet because one of our cats needed to be seen right away. I called and got a same day appointment for 7:15pm. All of their staff was very friendly and patient with us. The facility itself is equipped to run blood work and other tests on site. We were able to have our cat seen, blood drawn and tested and leave with an answer that night! The waiting area / front lobby is a little small so other pet parents with bigger dogs tended to wait out front. Being a military family and having changed Vets several times this is a great one. The cost was extremely reasonable. Actually surprised my husband when they gave us the total he asked, "Is that including his blood work?". If you're looking for an efficient local vets office with friendly staff and reasonable prices in the local community this is the place!

My husband and I drive from St Louis county to bring our pets here. The staff is always wonderful and attentive, and I've never had anyone be pushy with products. They saved my mom's kitty on Christmas Eve several years ago. We never would have thought they would even be open. He had an abscess and they lanced and drained it and he healed just fine. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting to take good care of their fur babies.
