We needed someone to come out when our basement floor drain backed up. Went online to look up Roto-Rooter's phone number and saw that you could schedule an appointment online. I picked the time frame coming up, and they called shortly after and said someone was on their way over. Reggie did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I hope we won't need anyone to come out again anytime soon..but if we do..Reggie was fantastic and would be welcomed back!
Jason and Mike went beyond the call of duty to help me with a disastrous plumbing issue. They were quick to respond, worked efficiently and still took the time to answer any questions that I had. Price was fair and they were exceptional workers. I truly was so grateful!!
My Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived promptly and identified the issue. After clearing the clog, he tracked further down the line to ensure there were no other build-ups. He returned the appliances to their original positions and was informative about the billing invoice. I was pleased with the overall experience.
Our service technician Steven was awesome!! I had a little confusion on the phone with Home Warrenty Company and he was extremely patient and understanding while I worked that out... Main sewer line was backed up. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and even talked me through what was happening while he was snaking the drain. Very nice and personable. Will recommend him to people in the future!
Great service. Fast and on time! Our service technician, Rick, was a really friendly and walked me through what he was going to do. I cannot believe the gunk in our pipes! Love that the work comes with a warranty. Will definitely use them again...just hopefully not have too soon!
