I will continue to go here for my pets. The employees are very friendly and definately know their stuff. I would recommend going here. Their selection is awesome!
Incredible choice of products toys as well as food dogs as well as cats. Coupons were a cause for confusion. Check your receipt at the end of purchase

I've been to this particular store quite a few times as they carry a specialty cat food that I purchase. I've never left this store feeling like I wanted to come back. They rarely have more than one checkout lane open, no matter how long the line gets. Last time I was there, I asked an employee in the fish tank area about deworming pills the the website said were currently in stock. She said they were locked up front and to ask the cashier. We go to check out in this huge line, ask the cashier about the pills and she doesn't understand anything being said. She points us to a stand of flea treatment, none of the price tags show that there were ever any deworming pills on that rack. Ask again, she scratches her head and says, "We're sold out." No asking another employee, no attempt to actually look. Nothing. Yet the website says they have them in stock. Went to Amazon and bought both the pills and the cat food. Never went back. They're too expensive anyway. Everything they sell I can get from Amazon or Walmart a lot cheaper with better customer service.
Great job. I'd love to see more coupons for pet smart grooming.....
