Just like the name of the business you Just Relax! Ms Lola is very friendly and informative. She offered many services to address my areas of concern. Things like yoga, stretching and facial massages. All of which she offers. She massages so well, that I leave feeling lighter than air. The room is warm relaxing. I definitely recommend her services. Most massage spas offer the standard massage, but she specializes in so much more!
Mrs. Lola was amazing. Walk in & she knows your name. She was super polite & very professional. She asked questions & was very informative. My massage was amazing, she hit areas that I didn’t even tell her were tense. She was awesome!
I was a bit worried at first upon reading the reviews, but I’m SO glad that I went. I have tried many other places and this is by far the best place I’ve ever been. My neck feels amazing after just two visits, I’ve never had a massage therapist who stretched my neck out and told me exactly how to resolve tension in my body. For those one stars, if you don’t try to understand the personality of the individual providing you service then you probably won’t enjoy yourself; she is not rude at all, but if you don’t see that she is just really focused on the task at hand, you won’t see that. She is a very pleasant, hardworking woman, but if you can’t see that, chances are you aren’t looking beyond the exterior; she does great work. I was so relaxed I felt myself falling asleep. Take a chance and you won’t regret it! Thank you Mrs. Lola!!!!
Well, I must say after 2 months of waiting I finally got my massage and it was enjoyable! I was shockingly surprised Lola was very personable, knowledgeable, and very informative. I was extremely irritated with the amount of effort I had to put into making an appointment and the poor phone customer service. I understand as a small business owner the obstacles that one faces on a daily basis but I would recommend a phone service to help out with the multiple phone inquires. Lola is a hidden jewel and has a wide variety of wonderful services but the terrible phone service is a major deterrent, if she gets rid of the bad phone service then I would be able to give all 5 stars. Overall, I'm satisfied and I will be giving her another try.
The atmosphere is calming. I was having problems with my shoulder...Lola took care of it. Lola is very attentive. So happy I found her. Thank you Lola for taking such good care of me.
