The employee could be more polite and act like they like their job. They shouldn't take their frustration out on customers either.
Saturday 07 October 2017. Website shows that DMV is open, but sign on door says closed. If it was not bad enough having to go to this place, you decide to close on a whim and not change that you are closed on website and waste residents time. FAIL.
Avoid Regina at all costs. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Everyone else I've ever come in contact with in that place has been pleasant. If it wasn't for the professionalism and friendliness of the woman that directed me into the line I needed to be in I would make it 1 star.

Needs to be completely restaffed and updated. Why at 2:00pm are there only 2 people working and 6 computers? Completely unacceptable ! Illinois is run by idiots! Politicians must have stolen all the money for DMV saleries! RIDICULOUS ! This is the worst faucility I have ever had to deal with. I do not understand the shortage of employees. They obviously give anyone a drivers license ! They need more idiot employees to wait on the idiots they give licenses too! 0 Stars!!!!!!!!!
