I know everyone has Different experiences, but my experience at this office was great the staff friendly, my case worker was great and they were very nice I didn't have any problems so I gave it 5 stars.
I had a lady helping me . But she didn't answer some of my questions . Other than that evreything is okay .
This office is as helpful as it can be ...the government really needs to hire more help which eliminate such a long wait. The security guard is very helpful and respectful especially when so many people can be rude..he's just doing his job.
I had failed to bring in some documents but Mr Stein was able to find my necessary information in no time. The total time from entry to done was about 1 hour. A much better experience than I expected.
The security officer is the only good thing about this place. The rest of the staff is incompetant, rude & lazy.
There were about 15 people ahead of me but the wait time to see an agent was less than 15 minutes. My agent, Mr Stein was very knowledgable an completed my application for benefits with very little problems which were solved quickly.
