I love Jimmy John's but this is the worst store I've been to. Their bread is consistently stale and this time they messed up my order. 4 things. How can you mess up an order of 4 things?
Quick service as they promise. I like the unwhich but I feel like they skimp out on a good amount of food when doing so (not just changing the bun to a wrap).
What started off as a bad experience today led to a very pleasant one! It took an hour to get our food delivered and we were missing a bag of chips. I called and spoke to the store manager and explained what happened today and she went above and beyond to make it right for us! I couldn't be more pleased!!
The sandwiches are good but their mayo-ed bread is awesome. If they sold just the bread with just mayo, I'd probably get one of those too..
I have never been to Jimmy John's before. When I say freaky fast sandwiches made freaky fast. They do not disappoint. The place was very well kept and clean and the staff is very friendly.
