Damaged furniture and can't get them to return my call to solve the problem. Also tried to charge me for times when they hadn't even gotten to my place yet. But the guy who was in charge was great to work with and fixed the billing issue. But they left the marked boxes all over the place and I have no idea where anything is it's not been the easiest to unpack when I can't walk thru the rooms they left things. Not impressed
ABC Moving is wonderful. My husband and I are getting up there is our ages, 50+ and we were not looking forward to moving our stuff into our new home. ABC handled all the moving. We boxed everything, but they moved all the furniture, beds, mirrors and the boxes. Ryan and his team were great. My husband was so impressed with the team. They were friendly, professional and they were fast. They loaded everything in 2 hours. They were running up and down the ramp to the truck. They also did not get mad that everything did not fit in the first load. Just went back and got everything out of the garage for the 2nd load. I guess we have a lot of stuff!!. Very nice, made this move extremely easy. I am a military brat and have moved so many times, this was the easiest.move I have made. I highly recommend ABC. They answered all of our questions in the days leading up to our move and were awesome during the process. They asked us if we wanted anything else moved or set up in our new house before leaving. They didn't leave until everything was settled. I have already recommended them to all of my empty nester friends that are planning moves. Will definitely use them in the future.
We hired ABC Moving Company based out of Belleville, IL based on reviews read online and they lived up to their high expectations! The crew were very professional, hardworking, and extremely careful with all of our belongings. We moved from a 1.5 story home to a 2 story home, both with full basements. Everything was moved without being damaged. It also blew our minds that with all of the bulky furniture there was not a single scratch or ding on any walls or framework. Their pricing was also very reasonable. We highly recommend this company for your moving needs!
