Fastest move I've ever had, they even comforted my girlfriend when she started getting nervous about the whole move. 10/10 would hire again!
I would not use this company again. I was quoted a price after the walk through was done. I paid for insurance as well. After the move was finished they came up with a new price of $50 more per hour. I refused to pay it! That was not the price I was quoted. They also damaged my dining room table, I turned in the claim and they refused to process the claim until I pay them an additional $400. I do plan on filing with BBB! Also filing a claim with the court system. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!
It was a very difficult move, but Gerold Moving did a fine job. I have used them once before and they did a great job then. The team was polite and professional. Would recommend!
They originally booked me for a date, only to book someone over and expect me to move my date to accommodate them. They were also extremely unprofessional and very unpolite on the phone.
