Im 37 yrs old and have never felt compelled to write a review of a business of any kind before but the frustration this place consistently causes me to feel has driven me to write my first.
Love Rally's!! My order was correct, fresh and HOT!!! The workers were friendly. First time here and was impressed!! Thanks!!
Terrible service. As I write this review I'm sitting in my car going on 6 minutes at the speaker and I'm the only car in line. I've never had a good experience at this restaurant. The employees are always rude, slow and seem to resent the customers for wanting to eat here.
Dont go here! Take the extra trip and go to the one by the fairgrounds. The people here are nasty individuals, they are lazy and have no consideration about the food they are serving. Food is always cold and sometimes undercooked. I seen one of the "lady's" drop something and pick it up, back in the fryer it went. The place looks like its never cleaned.. Seriously dont go here. You wont see me going back.
Rally's is hands down my favorite fast food spot! The best fries ever and some juicy burgers! But I try to avoid this location if at all possible. Food tastes good. But they are not courteous overall, they don't repeat your order to you, and my order has been incorrect on multiple occasions. Go to Belleville fairgrounds location if you have the option.
I waited 15 minutes and they hadn't even taken my order yet so I got sick of waiting and went over to Little Caesars Rally's sucks
I tried to eat here yesterday but for the second time in as many weeks the "system" was not working and they could not take any orders.
