This place seems to be run in a very amateur fashion. Literally not a single item was right even after waiting over an hour for just a few burgers. They probably shouldn't be in the restaurant business. Stay clear of this place.
As convenient as the location is, we will not go back.
It blows my mind that anyone would work here. Went in to enjoy a nice dinner and one of the owners was yelling at her employees in front of everyone! HOW EMBARRASSING! I would never want anyone to speak to me that way. It is not like she can run the place all by herself. She needs her employees to be successful. Everyone that worked there seemed great and hardworking. The mood was very uncomfortable after that and I could not wait to get our bill. Losing customers, employees and dignity. It's a shame because it is such a nice place with great food.
Came back for late dinner, one person had sushi, rest had food from grill, the sushi came out 20 minutes before rest of food, they even brought the dessert sushi out with main course. When rest of food arrived, the chicken strips tasted so bad she returned them and ate fries (freezer tasting and hard), the coconut shrimp tasted bad, and the burger was dry. The server reached directly over the plate of a person eating to refill the drink (vs taking a couple more steps to take glass from the right side instead of the left). The manger came out to explain why the food was brought out at different times (blamed that there are two locations that the food is coming from, the kitchen and the sushi bar, which operate independently) she defended that the waitress did right and delayed by at least 5 minutes putting in the sushi order, said that the dessert sushi should not have been brought out until much later, and was fairly rude during the entire conversation. Did not ask anyone else if their food was good or not, and did not offer any sort of apology. She did "comp" the chicken fingers, which were sent back shortly after they arrived.
I've been here a few times now and each time the experience is worse. Recently we went for lunch, their "special" cost more than a regular wrap, there wasn't one assigned waitress to our table, we had 4 different women come to our table, 2 tried to take our order after we ordered. When food was delivered they didn't know what went where. The tickets were wrong (party of 3), we spent over an hour here (not by choice) and they were not busy.
Went there for Lunch today. Total disappointment. Food Fine. Manager/Bartender VERY RUDE. Had a question about bill. Server confused and asked her Manager. Explanation vague. Requested to review menu. Found reason for one discrepancy in charge with no assistance of staff/manager. Questioned additional overcharge. Was told by Manager (Very abrupt and accusatory) that she would take charge off this time but not policy (as if we were wrong to question) When asked her to just explain charges, was told she did not have TIME. Tried saying it was tax but how is there over $2 tax on an $8 meal. Server was polite but new. Manager however, needs a little training on customer service to say the least.
Good stuff. Bartender was our waitress, she was awesome.
