This Allstate does not really leave you in "good hands". Make sure you ask every question in the book before signing anything or doing ANYTHING to your policy. I changed my policy that made it double in price, and still got charged for both policies! Had to wait a week to get any money returned and I got 1/4ish of the money back. Their reasoning was because of the date. An employee should most definitely have informed me of this before I changed anything. Not very happy!
