Worst insurance office ever! Nearly caused us to lose our house when they doubled the cost of insurance the very day of closing. They are the very definition of a "Bait and Switch" operation. We had been working under a quote for more than 2 months and they switched it at the 11th hour. We found out about it while we were at the title company for closing. Luckily we were able to find another company that would honor the same rate and coverage for our home and auto bundle so that we could complete the closing. This was hands down the worst customer service experience of our lives. If you need insurance go to any other provider. In our case Nationwide saved us. There are no expletives strong enough to express our hatred for Kate Elder and her agency.
